British Airways First vs. Etihad Business. 19/06/2017 gingertravelguru Trip Report 8 comments I'd originally intended this post to be a simple review of my Etihad flight from Zürich to Abu Dhabi, but the more I reflected over my experience, the product similarities between British Airways' First class and Etihad's Business class were too. Service on Etihad can be inconsistent, though on a good day you’ll get a charming, engaging, attentive crew. At the same time I’ve also had service on Etihad which was sloppy and disinterested. You will probably need to also review the economy class if you need to cater to a more larger mass on all the 3 airlines.
Qatar Airways operates this Airbus A350-900 with their Qsuite product on a variety of long-haul destinations. Qsuite offers ambient mood lighting, fully lie-flat beds and generous storage space, creating a new standard in comfort. A unique feature of Qatar's Qsuite is their first-ever cabin to offer aft and forward-facing seats, which creates a. These days, however, British Airways, Emirates and Qantas are facing some serious competition from the likes of Cathay Pacific, Etihad, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways. For this trip, I chose.
We urge you to turn off your ad blocker for The Telegraph website so that you can continue to access our quality content in the future. The answer therefore is you get what you pay for. QR offer a better all round service, theirs however has gone down in the last 6 months, still better than Etihad by a mile though.Looking forward on our next trip back from Europe to trying J or F on either QR or possibly EY though.I’m flying to South Africa in the spring with the outbound on Qatar and the return on Etihad so this is very timely. Thanks for the overview! I’m glad I’ll get to experience both :-). Famed Gulf carriers Emirates and Qatar Airways have both been consistently rated some of the best airlines in the industry when it comes to service, comfort, luxury, and cuisine. Now it's time to get down to the nitty-gritty details to decide which one is really best in show! Introduction. To decide on an ultimate winner between these two highly-rated, competitive airlines' economy.
2.) I prefer the A380 over the B787, especially in business class. So I would check who offers more legs with the A380.Clearly, two suites per row is much better than four so once again Etihad wins for the best First Class suites. For the first time that I can recall, Qatar Airways is offering a published status match promotion. While there are some significant restrictions regarding which airlines they'll match, Qatar Airways is offering a publicly available status match opportunity.…An onboard bar, exclusively accessible for passengers flying the premium cabins, is present on the Airbus A380 aircraft of Etihad, Emirates and Qatar but not British Airways. Your chances of flying an Airbus A380, and thus socialising with other passengers in a fantastic onboard bar, are highest with Emirates, which has no less than 60 of these mega planes in its fleet (Qatar Airways and Etihad own only 4 and 2 Airbus A380s respectively).
American AAdvantage miles can be redeemed for travel on Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways. Flying on them is among my favorite uses of AAdvantage miles, and both airlines are reasonably good about releasing premium cabin award availability (though it can vary based on route, season, etc). So all else being equal, which is better — Etihad or Qatar Airways longhaul business class?Nice. Am very familiar with QR’s J & F products and have managed to get myself ~150k TopBonus AirBerlin points over the years too so am keen to use those for an Etihad J class redemption in their new ‘suites’.I was underwhelmed by the QR A380 business seat as well – not much privacy and the tiny footwell is a real problem if you are a side sleeper. A center aisle seat on the lie flat A330 wasn’t any more private but felt much roomier. The ability to sleep well in the thing that is most important to me in comparing long haul travel options. Prepare to be pampered. Qatar Airways takes endless care to anticipate the needs of our passengers, so each of your needs are attended to. Stay refreshed with a luxurious selection of amenities from Italy's Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, including lip balm, hydrating facial mist and anti-ageing moisturiser cream
Airline review: Emirates vs Etihad vs Qatar. Posted on 29th April 2017 18th May 2017. We all know that the Middle Eastern airlines are some of the best in the world. The standard of service is always high no matter which one you fly with and the locations are a great place for a layover when flying on a long-haul place Seat pitch - the distance between any one point on a seat and the same point on the seat in front or behind - hovers around 78.7 to 86.4cm on most airlines operating out of Australia. Jetstar. . Loved my Jetihad experience on the ultra-long haul from SFO-AUH. Crew was great, plenty of food and the herringbone allowed for great shoulder room and I liked the Indian menu. I enjoyed it better than the Arabic offerings on the a330 etihad menu to HKG. The dine on demand was great and if you wanted three dinner entrees they definitely would give it to you.Etihad creates an entirely separate bed using the ottoman in your suite, allowing the bed to be made without having to sacrifice your seat (see above). If you have a significant other travelling with you, certain rows of the First Class cabin allow you to lower the divider located between suites so that your head is next to your loved one’s head. If you want a double bed, you’ll need to upgrade to The Residence by Etihad.
Emirates vs Etihad vs Qatar vs Turkish I have now flown with each of the big 4 Middle-East airlines at least twice. Clearly there are other airlines in the Middle-East, such as the likes of Royal Jordanian, Saudia, and the ever-improving Oman Air, but I wish to solely focus on the 4 key players in this region's aviation industry Both Etihad and Emirates First Class suites on the Airbus A380 feature big screens with a wide variety of content. Qatar offers a good range of content on 26-inch HD LED screen and British Airways is lagging behind with decent entertainment but comparatively few channels and Wi-Fi only just rolling out.On the other segments (on 787 and A380), we really wanted a window so we chose window seats in front of each other. That being said, Qatar has moved our seat choice on the HKT-DOH segment (when it switched planes presumably) to 3E and 3F. We are wondering whether it would be worth it to also try the center seats (to eat together, chat, etc), or switch to window seats to maximize the massive windows on the 787. Would you guys have any thoughts? • Etihad provide more leg space, and their 3-3-3 spacing is considered better than 3-4-3 arrangement of Emirates. • Lounges and on board amenities (showers spas, onboard bar) in Emirates is better than in Etihad Airways. • Emirates was once a top notch airline now falling in standards while Etihad is rising in stature all the time We remove posts that do not follow our posting guidelines, and we reserve the right to remove any post for any reason.
Curious to see how service will evolve in international first class on one of the world's top airlines? Well, I have the details! As of tomorrow (May 21, 2020), Emirates will be resuming flights to nine destinations, with flights to Australia, Europe,…That’s the case on their A330s, A340s, A380s, 777s, and 787s. The A380s and 777s have more modern products, but it’s the same general design.
@Wai I would take the Qatar Airways flight: their B787 Business Class product is exceptional (and far superior to Etihad’s A330), and they have revamped all their A330s as well. Safe travels! . I have had a number of minor issues with them and as i fly every few weeks you start to add up these problems. As mentioned if it was once a year then probably it would be acceptable?Emirates, Etihad, Qatar and British Airways have complimentary top-shelf alcohol for those over the age of 18. These include extensive wine lists and a vast range of spirits, liquor, and champagne all served in proper crystal glasses. ETIHAD vs QATAR AIRWAYS (photos). kosmosFL. Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways ; Answer 1 of 15: There have been many comments about Qatar Airways recently so i thought that i Booked round trip UK _ Qatar and looked at all the airlines as to prices. QR - £796, BA - £663, Etihad. I’m new to this and, based on this article, am selecting an Etihad 777 flight to Mumbai. My question is this: I’m booking through American Airlines which says “operated by Etihad”. I assume it’s the exact same thing but the difference between booking through AA ($6,000) and Etihad ($7,500) has me second guessing. Why such a price difference? Is it, in fact, the same flight/plane?
Travelled on Qatar A350 and foundit the best of all. Exceptional service with on demand meals. No set times which is great for travellers crossing many time zones.I have published several trip reports about my recent flights in First with Emirates, Etihad, Qatar and British Airways. You can read these reviews below:
Qatar Airways is currently replacing the (very uncomfortable) angled lie flat-beds on its Airbus A330 fleet by true lie-flat seats (after which the whole Qatar fleet will offer flatbeds). Food Food is delicious on all 3 carriers, but my best gastronomic experiences have always been on Qatar Airways, followed by Etihad, and then Emirates So far tried both Qatar airways and Emirates economy class. Emirates was just nice, friendly crew cabin, decent meals and in flight entertainment was good. Qatar airways had very good in flight entertainment, meals were okay and cabin crew was not friendly at all. This topic has been closed to new posts due to inactivity. On board, various touches elevate the first-class experience. Fully lie-flat beds are dressed with Frette linen and a cosy duvet, pyjamas come from the White Company and lauded chefs design the menus. In business class, passengers enjoy exceptional menus and standout service, alongside the opportunity to try the QSuite. A first for business-class, this innovative new seating structure is a partitioned suite that can be customised and conjoined, to create the first double bed available in business class or to enable a group of four to face each other in a private shared “cabin within a cabin”. Emirates Vs Etihad - Customer Experience Review. Etihad and Qatar Airways. I have never been too concerned about the choice of airline - my primary focus has been on selecting the airline that offers the most effective timings to align to my travel plans. Living in the North West of England, my options are more limited than if I were.
I have never flown Etihad but recently flew Qatar in business class. DFW to DOH was 777 and DOH to DEL wax 787. I was very excited to fly the 787 for my first time but must admit that I ended up preferring the 777. I was traveling solo so took one of the middle seats. Having flown Iberia and American business this year and now Qatar 787, I don’t think I am a huge fan on the cubicle type seats. I really enjoyed how much more spacious the Qatar 777 felt over the 787. I also like facing forward instead of at an angle. I found the food on Qatar to be amazing. The author may post again if desired , Etihad Airways, and Emirates Airline are rising to compete against, and ally with, better-known, more-established global airline brands A further note to all UK travellers, my flight cost was £108 the balance of £388 was aviation tax! Who is ripping of who? The UK aviation tax last year was £1.7bn which was more than than the rest of europe combined!
The author is comparing old Qatar business seats to the new on other airlines. Qatar 787, 350 and 380 have the newest business seats, and in no way comparable to the seats reviewed on the 777 in the article. If he wants to compare the Qatar 380 to the Emirates 380, the author would be in for a big surprise!! Best differs from person to person as everyone had a different expectations. However, if we talk about overall consumer experience (Food, Infotainment, Crew service, in-flight aesthetics etc.), I would rank the airlines as : 1. Etihad 2. Qatar 3.. Flew with Etihad, transfer time of 1 hour out and 2 hour return. They are 'budget' without a doubt, think Easy Jet and then worse!Emirates, Etihad and Qatar have each become bywords for a certain level of luxury, with more and more British travellers employing them to reach the farthest corners of Africa, Asia and Australia - all via their respective hubs in the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, respectively).
Today (April 19, 2019): Travel tip: Emirates vs Etihad vs Qatar Airways: which one is the best? The last decade has seen the rise of the three Middle Eastern carriers: Emirates (with its hub in Dubai, UAE), Etihad Airways (with its hub in Abu Dhabi, UAE) and Qatar Airways (with its hub in Doha, Qatar) What a wonderful choice to have to make! Etihad's A380 business class is great - well, so is that of Singapore Airlines! - but each has its fans. Etihad's A380 has that 'lobby' lounge area which makes a nice change from being in your seat, although it's rather small (or 'cosy', in PR-speak) To review the Tripadvisor Forums Posting Guidelines, please follow this link: http://www.tripadvisor.com/pages/forums_posting_guidelines.htmlEmirates’ ICE (information, communications, entertainment) system has won the Skytrax “Best Entertainment System in the World” award 11 times. HI, Great review but I do have to correct you on one thing. Etihad do offer pyjama’s on their long haul business class flight. eg: BNE – AUH, SYD – AUH, MEL – AUH and vice versa. Qatar Airways is Etihad's #2 rival. Qatar Airways was founded in 1997 in Doha, Ad Dawhah Municipality. Qatar Airways operates in the Airlines industry. Qatar Airways generates $7.3B more revenue than Etihad Follow Keep in mind that most of Qatar’s US routes are operated by 777s, though with Qatar’s US expansion next year, we’re finally seeing some A350s enter service to the US.There have been many comments about Qatar Airways recently so i thought that i would update you all on my experience today.
great reviews! how about the rates? please compare among the three, if possible with other airlines. many hanks and more power!Contact me to get a resort credit and two personalized experiences (for two) at any Soneva resort in the Maldives or Thailand.Be aware that the Qatar 787's economy cabin is getting some very poor reviews. I was booked to fly to Bangkok with them with one of the sectors being a 787 but that changed to 3 sectors with a 787 so I've now cancelled that and switched to Malaysian.* Crew wise I find Qatar generally better (although both can offer pretty meh crew). * Catering generally better on Qatar. * Ground experience can be pretty sad on both. * Hub lounges of both carriers are overhyped, with fail elements (service in Etihad Premium Lounges tends to be better than Qatar’s hub premium lounge – getting service in the main restaurant is very hands off) – neither offer decent napping spaces – and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to spend more than an hour in either. * IFE is better on Qatar * While Etihad A380 First Apartment overhyped, the shower can be a decent plus (which Qatar doesn’t have) * Onboard lounge is better on Qatar * Qatar’s best seats tend to beat Etihad’s best seats for comfort * Etihad’s seat pillow awful, Qatar’s lovely
The entertainment system, according to a writer for Abu Dhabi-based The National, an English-language daily newspaper, earned “top marks”—movies from the latest blockbusters to classics such as Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and a good range of documentaries. “I was thrilled to find Searching for Sugarman,” she said. Despite the many choices, Smith thought the interface was terrible. “You scroll through the options using a cursor, and the cursor...moves...very...very...slowly.”Sign up to Telegraph Travel's new weekly newsletter for the latest features, advice, competitions, exclusive deals and comment. Emirates and Qatar both have much more of southern and eastern Africa covered, too, than Etihad. Considering the popular holiday destination of South Africa, Etihad only flies to Johannesburg, while the other two cover Cape Town and Durban.
Emirates’ offering is similarly extravagant. A380 first-class passengers can dine at any time and enjoy a refreshing shower after. Their Boeing 777 peers will sink into soft leather seating modelled on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and everyone gets a window seat, of sorts. Guests occupy cabins with sliding doors and those in the centre of the aircraft have virtual windows embedded in their walls. While the Middle Eastern carriers in general have pretty inconsistent service styles due to how diverse their crews are, there’s definitely a big difference between Etihad and Qatar crews.Firstly, let us consider the British airports covered by the trio. Emirates flies from eight (Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted; plus Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh), Etihad four (Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted; plus Manchester), and Qatar six (London Heathrow and Gatwick; plus Cardiff, Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham). With that in mind, which airline would I choose in business class? Here are my thoughts, in very general terms: Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Make Their Move on the U.S. The Big Three Gulf Airlines Accelerate Their Push Into the World's Largest Aviation Marke
UAE-based airlines, Emirates and Etihad Airways, one again found a place for themselves in the list of top airlines in the world. While Emirates took up the fourth position on the list, Abu Dhabi. The Emirates vs Etihad economy in flight service is similar but each have some unique features which make them particularly popular with families. Emirates even provide child size headsets and a Lonely Planet Kids Activity Pack including a blanket, socks, eyeshade etc. Etihad provide a kids' pack too, with a few games, but it is not quite as. That all said, given the variances of equipment across competing routes, usually you tend to have one ahead of the other (although sometimes not by all that much).
All other key things equal (schedule, price etc.) I would prefer Qatar. I would however check two points: 1.) Do you fly in Etihad metal or is it a codeshare flight. If it is the latter go with Qatar for sure Any advice on choosing between EY and QR, for a paid business claaa seat? It features a bedroom, shower room and small lounge; a designated Residence butler is at occupants’ constant beck and call.
In terms of the honeymoon triumvirate, Emirates has Mauritius, Seychelles and the Maldives, on its books, while Qatar and Etihad offer only the Seychelles and the Maldives. Emirates and Qatar both serve Bali, while Etihad flies instead to the Indonesian capital of Jakarta.i have also met the QR customer relationship department in Doha recently, they were sympathetic but could not offer any ssolutions?
@Ed Lumibao: Thx! From the 3 airlines, Qatar is consistently the one with the lowest Business Class fares, especially when they have their 2-for-1 promos. This post is just a quick update on what has become a very popular opportunity. I’ve written about Qatar Airways’ insanely generous rebooking policy, allowing you to change your destination on a ticket by up to 5,000 miles. Readers have had incredible… Qatar airlines has been named 2015's best airline in the world in the annual top 100 airline ranking of airline consumer website Skytrax. No wonder. The airline is known for lavishing first.
Etihad and Qatar airlines have the best long haul business class, however, these two giant fleet had been battling out which is better. According to the One Mile at a Time , when it comes to the plane seats, the two carriers have several types of plane seats Meanwhile the A350s, A380s, and 787s have reverse herringbone seats, which are fantastic, probably my favorite hard product out there. I haven't flown Etihad but have used Emirates and Qatar many times amongst others. Emirates just about shades it for me because of the a380 seats having a bit more room than qatars 787 squashed up economy seats. I do use Qatar though to fly direct from Doha to Chiang Mai its alot easier missing out bkk If you'd like to participate in the discussion, please adhere to our commenting guidelines. Prominent airlines in the region - Emirates airlines, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways - are looking to hire cabin crew members to serve their increasing number of flights and passengers. All three of these airlines have tried to set up their business-class cabins and service so that you can work and relax. What they can’t guarantee, however, is a completely quiet space for either. One reviewer learned this while flying business class from London to Dubai on an Emirates Airbus A380. An otherwise good experience was “tarnished,” he says, by “the piercing screams of children. Not the short-lived cries that occur during takeoff and landing or a child in distress struggling to get to sleep; this was unruly children not being managed by their parents.” When he asked an Emirates spokesperson whether the airline had considered an “adults only” feature, the answer was a straightforward “No, we have not.” Etihad is amongst the top ten rated airlines, Jet Airways is not. Etihad is a four star airline, Jet Airways is a three star airlines. I am not a big fan of these star ratings. However I believe that Etihad is by far the better airline than Jet Airways. So again, it is important that you end up really flying with Etihad. Edited: 3 years ag Menus, which are created by international celebrity chefs Nobu Matsuhisa and Vineet Bhatia, take into account “not only flavors and spices, but how the taste buds are altered at 30,000 feet,” Schlappig said. Next year I am taking Qatar Airways new A350 flight from Doha to Boston in March. I’m glad they decided to use the new plane on this route over the Boeing 777. With competitive fares, the same world-beating luxury and the most extensive route network, Qatar Airways is the pick of the bunch, but neither of the others are far behind, with similar prices, standards and glittering aircraft. I find that Qatar’s catering is a step up from Etihad’s. While Etihad has a dine on demand concept, they do often run out of food, in my experience. When choosing one of the three Middle Eastern carriers, the big question is which one offers the best flight experience? Well, here you have some facts & my opinion about their Business Class products (read here my opinion and comparison of their First Class products). You can share your opinion below in the comments section or take my poll. @ August: Thx for your kind comment! Medium-haul flights are usually 1500 to 3500 miles long (e.g. Europe to Middle East), while longhaul flights are well beyond that distance (e.g. USA to Middle East; Middle East to Southeast Asia). Qatar’s A340 business class seats are similar to the ones on the A330: angle-flat seats with 165 degree recline.
I’ve just never been “wowed” by service on Qatar, while I’ve had some great service experiences on Etihad. However, in SkyTrax’s airline awards, Qatar topped the poll, while Emirates finished ffifth and Etihad rolled in 29th.
Qatar versus Etihad at JFK In my last correspondence, I had mentioned that I will be putting together a detailed comparison as to how QR-Qatar Airways compares to EY-Etihad Airways from JFK from every possible angle. Etihad has real-life onboard chefs (recruited from Michelin-starred restaurants around the world). The food is an exquisite seven-course tasting menu with amuse-bouche, granita and pre-dessert tasters. The Mezoon Grille menu is available to Etihad’s First Class customers only, featuring a variety of premium produce, including beef, chicken, lamb and seafood, along with a range of delicate sauces, sides and delicious desserts, all of which were prepared to order. Everything is served on fine bone chinaware, cutlery and crystal glassware. An example of just one meal choice I chose on Etihad is:
Other Middle Eastern and African Airlines - Qatar vs Etihad economy - what to select ? - Hi, I will be flying from IAH Houston this month to Asia and have 2 options available - Qatar and Etihad- economy class. Which of the two is better ? Emirates for my dates is old out. And I am not sure of Qatar/Etihad. From what Qatar Airways has the most destinations, with a whopping 172, followed closely by Emirates, with 161, while Etihad lags behind with just 81.On Emirates, at the push of a button, the seat automatically reclines into a fully-flat bed of 86 inches (218 cm) long, with fully retractable armrest. When you want to sleep, a member of the cabin crews installs a mattress, fluffy pillow and soft duvet.
If the layover is important to you, you might want to choose your airline by the lounge on offer at it’s respective airport hub. I have reviewed these below and in my opinion, the Qatar Airways’ Al Safwa First Class in Doha’s new Hamad International Airport is the best airline lounge in the world. I am also a fan of Etihad’s First Class Lounge & Spa in Abu Dhabi. The Concourse A Emirates First Class Lounge at Dubai International Airport is also very good. British Airways offers different lounges for different classes of travel in Heathrow Terminal 5, with the Concorde Room and First Class Lounge In Terminal 5 available to First Class passengers. Both these lounges are also excellent. Two interesting extras that Etihad offers to business-class passengers: a complimentary one-night stay in a five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and a Flying Nanny service that “provides a helping hand with the little ones on long-haul flights.”Qatar First Class on the A380 is in an intimate cabin which has a very airy and spacious feel because it does not have completely enclosed suites like on the A380s of Emirates Business Class and Etihad First Class Apartments. The cabin features a pallet of calming colours that match quite well together: pink (cushions, tv screens), beige (seats) and brown (wood panels). There are 8 seats, spread across two rows in a 1-2-1 configuration, all of them having direct aisle access.
Meanwhile Qatar Airways doesn’t have wifi on their 777s, which are the backbone of their longhaul fleet. They do have wifi on their 787s, A350s, and A380s, though it’s more expensive and I’ve never been impressed by the speed. Etihad, Emirates, & Qatar Airways compared? These days Emirates has a fleet of 268 aircraft serving 155 destinations, compared to Qatar Airways' 213 planes and 150 destinations and Etihad's fleet of 115 aircraft flying to 100 cities Just as Etihad announced that it would be flying its new three-room residence aboard an A380 to New York ($64K round trip) this year, US airlines American, Delta and United made their case today against Emirates Airline, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways. The US carriers contend that these Gulf carriers have received over $40 billion in subsidies from [ I like both airlines. If I’m travelling alone, I agree with your metrics of placing QR 787/a350/a380 up at the top. However, if I’m travelling with someone special, I prefer the old-style 2-2-2 seating in J. Perhaps I’m just used to that style of seating whenever i chat with a seatmate but that’s my preference.Indeed, Qatar has won four times the award for best airline in the world from SkyTrax, most recently in 2017. In 2018 it came second behind Singapore Airlines. Hence if you book with Etihad make sure that you do not fly with a flight "operated by". To give you an example, you could buy an Etihad flight but it will be operated by Air Berlin, Jet Airways or AlItalia.

Qatar Airways is the state-owned flag carrier of the State of Qatar. Just as with Emirates and Etihad, Qatar Airways takes care of many things for you. Your home base will be in the capital of Qatar: Doha. You will be provided a shared apartment in Doha and you will be brought to and from the airport back to your apartment The Emirates’ First Class menu, by comparison, is extensive, and you can order whatever whenever. However, the meal did not have the style, deliver and flavour of that in Etihad. These were my lunch choices:@izzy I got pajamas on my Etihad 777 biz class flight last February. I hope that hasn’t changed.I wish Emirates would switch Boston over to the A380. It would be the first carrier at Logan to have A380 service. I am planning to travel to India sometime next month and I am stuck with two choices for my economy budgeted trip - Etihad and Qatar. I have traveled with Etihad and I really had good inflight experience with people, food and the bar. I never flew with Qatar before and would like to hear some thoughts to help me decide. So, the question is Etihad or Qatar for economy class?
Apart from suite vs suite, Etihad used to have a chef to do amazing meals in first class, not sure if that's become a casualty of cost-cutting. Lounges, well, Etihad's lounges apart from Abu Dhabi are not much when it comes to a 'first class experience' although the flagship lounge where you'd be spending some of your stopover time is great It is, of course, because of and not in spite of their location in the Middle East that the Gulf airlines have grown so popular, carrying between them more than 106 million passengers in 2017.
Etihad’s “dine anytime” feature made the reviewer at The Telegraph think that “eating at predetermined times when flying business with other airlines may now feel like more of an imposition.” The à la carte menu features both Middle Eastern and international dishes; he found his meal of Arabic mezze, chicken supreme, and chocolate and vanilla mousse cake was both “tasty and well-presented."I’d say my top pick would probably be the Qatar A350, A380, or 787, followed by any Etihad plane, followed by the rest of the Qatar fleet.Etihad is amongst the top ten rated airlines, Jet Airways is not. Etihad is a four star airline, Jet Airways is a three star airlines. I am not a big fan of these star ratings. However I believe that Etihad is by far the better airline than Jet Airways.
